I’ve noticed that my posts don’t really get too many views unless they have something to do with my kids or wife. That shouldn’t be too surprising, I suppose. They are pretty special. In the day to day of life it can be easy to lose track of how quickly they change and grow and take it for granted, but it is nothing short of amazing.
As I ponder the identity of my website, this post is here to test my hypothesis; that when I post with a picture of my kids, the post gets way more views. I’m not sure if that is because what I write just simply isn’t as interesting as I think it is, or if Facebook has some background method of suppressing my posts, or if my children are simply that much more interesting. Obviously, I like to write, but only if people want to read it. I’ve dipped my toes into many different topics and I don’t yet feel that I’ve settled into something great yet.
